We moved In!

Praise the Lord, He is so good and faithful! Lindsay and I can’t really believe it’s for real. We walk around our beautiful store pretty much screaming like little girls all day. Some one pinch us! Is it true! After a year and a half of unbelievable miracles, we are finished with the construction and moved in. We have one last inspection tomorrow morning with the fire inspector. But, I am so confident that once again God’s favor will be present.

Lord Thank You! I am in awe of what He pulled off! We started with an old, run down building, we had about $1,000.00 in our checking account and we had a huge dream and vision to create a place where girls can come and feel loved and valued. We wanted the best of everything so that when our girls walked into the store they would feel like royalty. Mouth dropping wow is what we were going for. Why not! These girls, have had terrible, horrible things happen to them. They’re tossed out, forgotten, given up on. We say. “no more” ! They deserve the best!

Oh my gosh! Our store is the best! What until you see it!

Over 50 companies and individuals contributed over $250.000.00 to renovate this building.

We took this old building, we filled it with old stuff that we found at garage sales and salvage yards and we put a little love and creativity into each piece of furniture, we had a vision for everything. It’s kind of what happens at Taylor’s Closet with the girls. We love on them, give them a little hope and we see lives change. What a beautiful picture.

Thank you for hanging in there with us…..what a journey it’s been.

We love you and are so grateful for all your support, patience and prayers.

Our first girls came in on Saturday! A little girl from Haiti, she lost her mom in the earthquake. She has a part of my heart that will never fade away. Angel, was another girl, she has never, ever been in a store to shop in her life. What!!! These girls need us, all of us. Remember, let your heart break for these special girls and you will be blessed.

Come see us….anytime our doors are open to you anytime.

Linda
